We are a small establishment with a small staff; each dinner is prepared and cooked per meal. When orders are in front of yours, you may have to wait; sometimes it may take up to an hour if we're having a great night!! So here we like to tell the customers to sit back relax, enjoy the music while you wait for perfection to cook!
